FRS-7000 Product Features
MS transparent waterproof coating is a new type of waterproof coating that solidifies with moisture. It is based on silane terminated polymer and can quickly dry under wet conditions while maintaining a certain open time. This product is environmentally friendly and does not contain isocyanate compounds, organic solvent plasticizers, or organotin compounds. It is formaldehyde free and has excellent weather resistance. It can be cured at room temperature as a single component, has low viscosity, and is easy to apply.

1.Grassroots treatment
① Before construction, check the construction base surface to ensure that it is flat, solid, and free of looseness;
②Clean the construction base surface with no visible water, keep it clean, and free of impurities such as particles, loose materials, oil stains, etc;
③If there are grooves or gaps deeper than 2mm on the base surface, putty should be used to fill them first
2. Coating application
①Measure the brushing area and apply an appropriate amount of transparent waterproof coating at a dosage of 300-500g/m;
②When applying transparent waterproof coating, it should be evenly applied, with a construction thickness controlled at around 0.2mm, and bubbles should be avoided during application.
3. Curing and maintenance
①After the construction of transparent waterproof coating, avoid splashing foreign objects on the surface
②Under standard conditions (23 ° C, 50% relative humidity), it can be used by pedestrians after 24 hours of curing and can be used normally after three days.
