After the increase in waterproofing costs and the growing concern over environmental issues, choosing the right roof waterproofing coating as a barrier can enhance UV protection, etc., and also help reduce the energy costs of buildings by protecting the roof from various damages. At the same time, it can prevent premature failure of the waterproof layer during maintenance applications. Although the function of waterproof coatings is to prevent water from seeping in, different coatings have their own characteristics in preventing water accumulation.

 Organic silicon waterproofing agent is a very common type of organic silicon waterproofing material, which has many applications in buildings:
